We focus primarily on developing organisational resilience in aviation and healthcare and have a particular interest in translating airline-style human factors training into a medical setting. In this respect, we are uniquely positioned. David Moriarty, who founded the company, was a medical doctor prior to becoming an airline captain and Crew Resource Management Instructor. As well as a medical degree, he also holds degrees in Neuroscience (BSc) and Human Factors (MSc), is a Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society and the Resilience Engineering Association and also has extensive instructional experience
He has published several academic papers on subjects relating to aviation safety and his book, Practical Human Factors for Pilots, was published by Academic Press (Elsevier) in 2015.
